About Zazzy Decor

Zazzy Decor is a home run business founded, run and created by Paige Egan. Paige is very passionate about creating and making, she is often found surrounded by multiple projects at a time. She is excited to share her passion with others, offering some pizzazz to home decor!

At Zazzy Decor, we believe in providing unique and modern products, with a hint of old worldly pizzazz. All products will tell their own story in each fold, stitch and knot, as they are are hand crafted from the finest materials, with care and love from start to finish.

1. Shipping

Items are shipped through Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that some items are made to order, therefore may take up to 10 days to be shipped. You can monitor your order through your Account and you will be notified when your order has been shipped.

Free local delivery to the suburbs: Templestowe Lower (3107) and Balwyn North (3104).

Shipping within Australia only.

2. Satisfaction & Returns

We are confident that you will love your Zazzy Decor items. We do not offer exchange or return for change of mind on purchased items. If an item is faulty or damaged, you will be sent out a new items at no cost.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Items are made to order, because of this some delivery times may be longer than expected. Items are usually ready to be shipped within 7-10 days. You will be kept notified when your order is shipped.

4. Can I order custom designs?

Yes you can! Just use the contact form to submit your enquiry, outlining your custom design ideas and Paige will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss options. Custom order creation and shipping time will vary.

5. Payment Options & Requirements

Payment is required upon checkout. Payment is accepted through credit and debit card.
